1. Booking Process

1.1 Flight Selection:

All bookings must be made through the Elegant Flights website or official communication channels.
Flight options, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

1.2 Deposit Booking:

To secure a booking, a minimum deposit of £25 is required.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal emergencies or airline changes.
Booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit is received and acknowledged by Elegant Flights.

1.3 Installment Payments:

The remaining balance must be paid according to the selected installment plan.
Failure to meet installment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.

1.4 Full Payment:

Tickets will only be issued after full payment of the balance.
Elegant Flights is not responsible for travel before full payment is completed.

2. Cancellations and Changes

2.1 Non-Refundable Deposits:

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of personal circumstances or changes in travel plans.

2.2 Flight Changes:

Requests to change flight dates, passenger names, or routes are subject to airline approval and fees.
Additional charges may apply depending on airline policies.

2.3 Cancellations by Airlines:

In cases where an airline cancels or reschedules a flight, Elegant Flights will assist with alternative arrangements.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the airline’s policies, and Elegant Flights is not liable for losses due to airline decisions.

2.4 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Any cancellation initiated by the customer will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Remaining payments, if already made, will also be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the airline.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

All flight prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may change.
Prices include standard taxes and fees, but additional charges (baggage fees, seat selection, airport taxes) may apply.
Any currency conversions are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Travel Documentation and Requirements

Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
Elegant Flights is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travel advice and requirements may change; passengers should check government and airline regulations before departure.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

Provide accurate personal and payment information.
Comply with airline baggage and check-in policies.
Follow all local laws, airport rules, and airline instructions.
Arrive at the airport on time and complete all necessary travel procedures.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Elegant Flights acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines.
We are not responsible for:
- Airline delays, cancellations, or changes
- Lost or damaged baggage
- Travel disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or force majeure events
Elegant Flights provides accurate flight information, but cannot guarantee availability, schedule, or fare.
By using our services, you agree to release Elegant Flights from liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Payment Security and Deposit Policy

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Elegant Flights does not store full credit card details.
Deposits are:
- Non-refundable under any circumstances
- Minimum amount: £25
- Required to secure bookings
Installments are collected according to your chosen plan. Missed payments may result in cancellation.
